We thank you for informing us about the insects, we have shared your comments with the concerned Head of Department to improve the cleanliness of the guestrooms and the resort in general. We regret your encounter with small insects; we do ensure the hotel is free from harmful insects and we have regular inspections done by a pest control specialist. Our resort being surrounded by a lush garden and all patios and corridors being in open-air, it might be possible to find once in a while, small harmless insects around.
We apologise for the power outage and regret that we were unable to move you to another room as we were running full occupancy at that time. We take this opportunity to inform you that our maintenance team has successfully undertaken a complete review of the electrical system of this room.
