Allow me, by return, to comment on your own post.
The Mazagan has a strong management team, in the heart of operations at all time and I'm surprised you were under the impression the boat was left without a captain.
As for the training, we are conducting on job (internal trainers) and off job (external consultants) trainings on a daily basis, as I agree the lack or proper training was adressed by several of our guests at the very beginning. As a consequence, we took all necessary actions months ago and I'm proud to announce that our satisfaction index for the 2010 year was 79,6% (all surveys being conducted by an independent company).
This score and the measures taken don't exactly reflect the nightmare you are depicting.
