I can see that overall you had a relaxing family vacation spent with us. We highly appreciate and value receiving feedback from our guests whether it is positive or for improvement. We sincerely apologize the inconvenience caused to you if there was a need for you to reactivate the free internet connection every 12 hours. We would like to advise you also that in the coming days there will be an entertainer in the resort. Concerning your comment about the beef and chicken we use and cook in the hotel, we would like to share with you that all beef and chicken are locally sourced and they are Halal meat. Further, we deeply regret that at a certain time during your stay you were inconvenienced by the smell of seaweeds being swept away from the deep sea to the seashore.
With your full knowledge about the weather of Salalah, I am certain that your will enjoy more on your next visit when you can fully enjoy the beach facilities. Whilst many of our guests are enjoying the Khareef season, we would like to cite here that monsoon weather is normally expected during the months of June until the last week of September. From first week of October until May, our beach facilities are fully operational and our guests are really enjoying their day time.
