We really appreciate your feedback which will assist us to continuously strive to improve our services and facilities. Please accept my sincerest apology for the lapses and shortfalls you have experienced during your stay with us. While carefully reading your comments, we deeply regret that we were not able to deliver the expected genuine hospitality service Rotana is known for and that there can be no justifiable excuse for this. With the situation and arrival experience you had faced, I had a meeting with the concerned head of department thus take corrective action to avoid any similar situations that can happen in the future to any of our valued guests. The constructive feedback from valued guests such as yourself is always greatly appreciated for being a reason for us to never be complacent and to consistently improve our service standards.

It’s a delight for us to know that overall you liked very well the set up in the resort and your family had a lovely time during your stay with us. Whilst huge number of our guests are always commending the excellent service of the staff, their friendliness, helpfulness, courteousness in all the areas in the hotel, we sincerely apologize if the Beach restaurant and bar staff did not provide you the genuine hospitality service you expect from them. We deeply regret also that in your opinion the singer at the Beach restaurant did not reach your expectation as you preferred to have a quiet ambience.
