كان الفندق والموقع والاقامة بشكل عام جدا رائعة خاصة الذهاب الى المرفأ لمشاهدة شروق الشمس وممارسة الرياضة صباحا ووجود الافطار الشهي...وكانت الملاحظة البسيطة هي ان نسبة اشغال الفندق وصلت ل ١٠٠% مما جعل الفندق مكتض خاصة بوجود جروبات اوروبية ولكن الامر كان رائع فعادة جمالية المكان تكون ايضا بتواجد وتشارك الناس معك للخدمات والموقعالمزيد

خدمة العملاء سيئة. لم يهتم أحد بأن مفتاح الغرفة لا يعمل أو أن الهاتف ايضا لا يعمل. السشوار في السبا لم يكن يعمل جيدا. مستوى الفندق الحقيقي ربما أربع نجوم. كانوا مشغولين بالمجموعات السياحية الكبيرة. لم يكن هناك أي اهتمام أ وتعويض على ظروف تسجيل الدخول السيئة.

Whilst huge number of our guests have been very happy, satisfied and they are coming back as you can also read from many reviews, it was unfortunate if that has not been the case in your situation and you therefore rated us with 1 star. We have noted as well that you have only one TripAdvisor review and we were the first hotel you have rated. يعتبر هذا الفندق من أجمل وأرقى الفنادق على مستوى المحافظة ، ومع ذلك فإن بعده عن مركز المدينة إلا أنه يظفي نوعا من الجمالية والخصوصية ، واقترح على إدارة الفندق أن تقوم بإجراء توسعه في المرافق الموجودة بالفندق ، حيث تعمل مساحات خضراء وألعاب تسلية للأطفال وذلك لجذب السياح خاصة في فصل الخريف والذي يعج بالسياح من داخل وخارج السلطنة .
