It is with sadness to read that you we were not able to fully satisfy your expectations during your stay with us. I would like reassure you that all of us make every effort to provide the best possible service to all our guests. However, if that has not been the case in your situation and if you were not happy with the reception staff, I do offer my sincerest apologies.
Further, we would like to assure you that the situation you mentioned about the character of the reception staff did not reflect the standards, the procedures nor the spirit we conduct our business at Salalah Rotana Resort or any of our Rotana properties. You may kindly note that what we inculcate to all our employees are for them to be polite, diligent to all our valued guests thus work with passion and hospitable gestures at all times. Our hotel consists of many nationalities, more or less 25 different nationals and it is our practice to serve and respect all guests that arrive in our hotel regardless of race or colour.
As a team, our continuing goal is to make all our guests happy and comfortable like they are in their own home and truly treasure their time being spent with us.
