كان لدي ملاحظة بخصوص صنابير وتمديدات المياه في الحمام حيث انها صدائة وتحتاج الي تنظيف ايضا كان هناك تسريب في المغسلة وتم الاتصال بخدمة الزبائن حيث أبلغوني بانهم سيحلون المشكلة ولم تحل حتى خروجي من الفندق

It is with sadness to read that you we were not able to fully satisfy your expectations during your stay with us. I would like reassure you that all of us make every effort to provide the best possible service to all our guests. However, if that has not been the case in your situation and if there was a delay in any of the services, I do offer my sincerest apologies.
I do believe in second chance if you would kindly allow us to have the opportunity to be at your service again. I am confident that we would be able to meet with your expectation and further restore your trust and confidence in us.

الاستقبال كان سىء تاخير في استلام الغرف ولكن لحل المشكله تم اعطائنا غرفة مؤقته حتى تجهز الغرف
مكان المنتجع يعتبر يعيد عن صلالة والخدمات ولكن قريب من وادي دربات
يوجد مكان جميل قريب جدا من المنتجع يسمى المرينا تتوفر فيه بعض المطاعم والكوفي شوب
مناشف الحمام قديمة جدا
الغرف حجمها كبير ومناسبة للعائلات

من أجمل الفنادق أقيم فيها وأنصح جميع الزوار أو أهل المنطقة والولاية الإقامة في هذا الفندق لأنه من أجمل الفنادق اللي لن تندم على أختيار وقمة الذوق الرفيع وأستقبالهم للضيف بحفاوه وسعة صدر
نشكر القائمين والموظفين ورجال الأمن الفندق على أستقبالهم وشرح أماكن الفندق والنقل من مواقف السيارات إلى السكن

الفندق جميل و يمتاز بالهدوء والادارة ممتازة ويتفهموا متطلبات الفرد او المجموعات، يمتاز المكان بحوض السباحه الجميل وكل ما يلزم الافراد و العوائل ،وأنصح لمن يذهبوا إلى ولاية ظفار بالاقامة في هذا الفندق.
