يقع الفندق في قلب المدينة (الموقع المثالي) ، وهو نظيف للغاية ويوفر ضيافة رائعة من الموظفين. موظفو الفندق مثل مكتب الاستقبال في خدمة الغرف مفيدون للغاية وسوف يرشدونك طوال فترة إقامتك. مطعم أو رافلز سبكتروم كان كبيرا والأطعمة أعلاه وخارجها. التجربة الشاملة كانت رائعة. أوصي بشدة بهذا الفندق لكل زوجين وعائلات. لن تندم على إقامتك

عند دخولي للمطعم كانت هناك رائحة لم تعجبني ولم ادخل مرة اخرى، يجب توفير تنوع بالمطاعم وليس بالبوفية (لا احب اكل البوفية) ، توفير اماكن للمدخنين بالقرب من الأستقبال ، تكيف الغرفة لم يكن بالمستوى الممتاز(بالنسبة لي) وقد ابلغت الأستقبال وكان الجواب ان المكيف يعمل بشكل ممتاز

Should you find yourself stay at Raffles Makati again in the near future, we would encourage you to dine at Mireio--an elegant bresserie-style restaurant at the ninth level. Here, we offer Provencal-inspired a la carte items. At the lobby, both Long Bar and Writers Bar offer a la carte dishes. Alternatively, you may also opt for our a la carte offers at the Spectrum should you not wish to join us for buffet.

الفندق رائع وفخم جداً .. هناك أشياء مميزة في الفندق .. الشاي والوجبة الخفيفة تقدم مجاناً عصراً .. كما أن الإفطار رائع جداً ومتكامل .. الطاقم ودود وراقي .. الممرات والمرافق فاخرة جداً .. تشعر وكأنك في أحد القصور .. يؤخذ على الفندق السعر المبالغ فيه .
انصح كل مسافر ان يجعل رافلز بيته الثاني في اي دوله يسافر لها ويستمتع بالاقامه في فنادق رافلز العالمية
