يتمتع بطاقم خدوم و طعام خدمة الغرف ممتاز. الغرفة واسعه و مريحة لكن لا يوجد مجفف شعر و الاثاث قديم الى حد ما. لا انصح بالطابق الخامس نظرا للازعاج القادم من النادي في الطالق السادس. مناسب للعوائل الى حد ما

خدمات راقية وغرف نظيفة وواسعة وموظفوا الاستقبال على استعداد كامل بخدمة النزيل دائماً ، لهم كل الشكر والتقدير وهذه ليست المره الاولى اللتي اقوم بها بالحجز في هذا الفندق ، موقع الفندق ممتاز وخذلك الخدمات

ازعاج التكييف الخاجي لدور الرابع لا يوجد سفره او صحون او ملاعق الى في حاله الطلب الاثاث قديم و الا يوجد اي وسيله لتجهيز الطعام ميكرويف او غيره عدم وجود مجلئ المواقف السيارات ضيقه الا يوجد الى هيتر فقط

Thank you for taking the time to write a Trip Advisor review based on your recent stay experience at DoubleTree by Hilton Dhahran.
From reading your review I understand we were unable to meet up on your expectations as a Hilton hotel in regards to the room conditions. We are sorry to have not lived up to your expectations.

فريق العمل بالفندق رائع والفندق يحتاج الى مزيد من العناية بالنظافة خصوصا الموكيت حيث تظهر علية الاوساخ
كمايحتاج الى تحسين خدمة الانترنت في كل مرافق الفندق كذلك يجب توفير وسائل النقل بسعر معقول للعملاء

اتمنى أن تلاقي ملاحظاتي الاهتمام وان لا تهمل وللاسف لو كنا في غير السعودية لما وجدنا هذه الملاحظات وذلك لعدم وجود الرقابة وفي حال عدم تلافي هذه الملاحظات سوف اتواصل مع الشركة الأم علما بان احد الموظفين أبلغني بأنه توجد صيانة شاملة للفندق في شهر رمضان ولكن هذا لا يعني الاهمال

We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for writing a review on TripAdvisor regarding your overall experience during your stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Dhahran.
From your comments I realize that you did not fully enjoy your stay in our hotel. It seems that as a hotel we have been unable to meet up on your expectations and I extend my apologies for the same due to confusion with regards to the room cleaness and pool condition. One of the major purposes of online reviews is to highlight areas for improvement and therefore we appreciate your feedback which is taken in the right spirit.
Moreover, we appreciate you taking the time to highlight our areas for improvement which I will certainly look into to ensure that your experience does not reproduce itself. After all it is only through guest feedback that we are able to improve on the services we provide.

سعر مناسب وتقع قريبا من الظهران مول
مواقف مجانية
يوجد انترنت مجاني ولكن لمدة 24 ساعة فقط
الطعام لدى الروم سيرفس كان ممتاز جدا
عندما طلبت ادوات تنظيف الاسنان قاموا بتوفيرها لي سريعا
يوجد مشكلة صغيرة رائحة المطعم او المطبخ منتشرة في مدخل الفندق
