فريق روعه وتعامل رائع وتسجيل دخول سريع بس يعيب عليه التكييف كان مسدود وسبب لي حساسية اعتقد وكلمت حق الاستقبال وغيرولي الغرفه اهنيهم على التعامل الرائع وانصح بالسكن فيه من بدري احجزو

كانت بصفه عامة جيده جدا لكن واجهتني مشكلة عدم توفر غرفه ثلاثيه وقاموا باضافه سرير ثالث مما ادى الى ضيق الغرفه من غير المعقول عدم توفر غرفه ثلاثيه حسب ماذكره الشخص المسؤول في الاسقبال او قسم الحجز والمشكله انه لما قلت لها من غير المنطقي انه احجز غرفه بالاصل لثلاثه اشخاص ولعدم توفر الغرفه المطلوبه عرضوا علي اضافه سريرثالث وموظف الاستقبال قال انه مارح ادفع مقابل ذلك في حين انه موظفه الحجز قالت لازم ادفع وبعد نقاش طلبت منها التأكد ولكن كان الجواب انه لايوجد مبلغ اضافي يعني لو ماناقشتها كان دفعت زياده بدون وجه حق

طلبنا غرفة لغير المدخنين وتفاجأنا بغرفه يوجد بها ريحت دخان طلبنا تغيير الغرفه ولكن للأسف لم يلبى طلبنا وكان هناك صوت ماء في السقف طوال الليل ولم نستطع النوم وبلغنا عن المشكله ولم يحدث شيء والماء الحار لدورات المياه بطيء جدا ويتطلب منكالانتظار ٥ إلى سبع دقائق لكي يأتي ماء حار

فندق ذو موقع متميز لوقوعه في قلب مدينة الظهران ومواقع الجذب وخاصة مواقع التسوق مثل سوق الظهران الدولي وإيكيا وأبيات وعالم ساكو ........ إلخ كما يتوفر قريب من الفندق الكثير من المطاعم أما الفندق فهو متوسط المستوى
