الفندق ممتاز والغرف نظيفه وتعامل الموظفين راقي جداً وخدمة المغسلة ممتازة والمطعم نظيف والاكل ممتاز وعند دخول اي نزيل الفندق يقدمون مشروب الضيافه شي مرا جميل وموظفين الاستقبال ناس راقيه وتعامله راقي شكرا المزيد

المساوئ: من وين أبدأ..
مواقف السيارات جدا ضيقة وما تلقى موقف لو كنت جاي في الموسم
الحمام ريحته مو طيبه أبد.. مع العلم اني أخدت غرفتين
واحد من الحمامات مافيه ماي بارد نهائي.. بس حار
الغرفة كلها تحتاج صيانه وخصوصا الحمام
طلبت غرف غير مدخنين.. مع اني جاي مع اطفالي وعطوني وحدة للمدخنين وريحتها زفت.
الغرفة فيها نافذة طويلة وخطيرة بدون اي حواجز وتنفتح بالكامل!
الغلاية ٢٢٠ ومحطوطة جنب كهربا ١١٠... يوم كلمت الاستقبال قالو فيه في الغرفة كهربا ٢٢٠ جنب الانارة!

اقامة مريحة جدا و هادئه ؛ تعامل راقي من قبل الطاقم ككل ؛ توفر مواقف سيارات خاصة و مطاعم ممتازه في الفندق نفسه
يوجد منفذ مباشر الى متجر سنتر بوينت
يقع في منطقة هادئة و قريبه جدا للحرم النبوي من جهة بوابة الرجال

الفندق ممتاز لكن ينقصه الإهتمام قليلا في نظافة الأرضيات للغرف وأن يكون اللحاف ثقيلاً قليلاً نظرا. لقوة التبريد في التكييف غيرها الفندق ممتاز وطاقم العمل متعاون جداً وحريص على تنفيذ طلبات الزبائن ومتفهم جداً

تعامل موظفي الاستقبال لا يرقى لفندق خمس نجوم و للعلم انا سكنت في فنادق ثلاث نجوم يتفوقون على هذا الفندق في الخدمات بمراحل عديدة
كانت تجربة سيئة بجميع المقاييس
لا يمتلك موظفي الاستقبال اللياقة الادبية للتعامل مع البشر

واجهتني مشكلة مع خدمة الغرف وأثرت على تقيمي السابق للفندق ذكرتها سابقًا وهيا باختصار اني طلب من خدمة الغرفة فرد علي الموظف بصريخ وعدم الاخترام وكان اسمه محبوب ارجوا افاداتي بحل هذه المشكلة اذا امكن وشكرا
