كانت اقامة جميله جدا بالفندق هيلتون المدينة من كل الجوانب وخدمة الغرف كانت ممتازه بس فقط الثلاجة تحتاج صيانة لانها لا يوجد بها تبريد
وعندي اقتراح :
لو يتم توفير مايكورو ويف في الغرف للتسخين عند الاحتياج

الغرف نظيفة، خدمة الغرف سريعين، الاطباق كثيرة.
اقامتي كانت بالجناح الملكي، انصح بالاقامة فيه فهو من القلة الافضل من فنادق المدينة المنورة..........

تعاون الموظفين وحسن تعاملهم هو أكثر ما يميز هذا الفندق .. كذلك الاهتمام بالتعقيم والتنظيم وعدم الإزدحام بسبب كرونا....
لكن يوجد بعض العيوب في الغرف نتيجة قدم المبنى ... مثل عدم توفر فيش ثلاثي .... الضوء داخل الغرف خافت بزيادة
