سكنت مع العائلة في فندق الهيلتون لمدة ٣ ليال ، الفندق قريب جدا من الحرم النبوي ومن مصلى النساء تقريباً ٤ دقايق مشي .. الفندق نظيف وكلاسيكي وجميل ، لكن يعيبه انه قديم لكن لازال محافظ على جماله .. وسعره معقول حالياالمزيد

جميع الطاقم كان متعاون ومرحب وكان احترافي من رجال الأمن اللي حرصو اني اوقف سيارتي بطريقة آمنة وحامل الحقائب اللي ريحني من الشنط واخذها مني ودلني على المكان والاستقبال وموظفين الاستقبال وبالاخص السيد عبدالله العطوي ومن موظفين الاشراف الداخلي اللي طلبي بوسادات اضافية وكبسولات قهوة بأسرع وقت ، وموظفة المطعم اللي رحبت فيني وقت دخولي للافطار والموظفين بداخل المطعم اللي ساعدوني في اختيار افطاري مع عائلتي والجلوس على الطاولة بشكل مريح وحتى موظف الصيانة اللي جاء عندي وفحص مكيف الغرفة وكذلك يوميا حتى خروجي من الفندق

الفندق جميل لكن يحتاج لبعض الموظفين ان يكونوا اكثر احترافيه. و مراقبة عمال النظافه في عملهم لان الغرف و دورات المياه مو نظيفه بشكل لائق. ايضا الموظفين ع رد الاتصالات اسلوبهم لا يليق كونهم موظفين في فندق جميل كهيلتون

وقربه من المسجد النبوي والخدمات بشكل عام تسوق ووجود بقاله بالقرب من الفندق وتعاون الموظفين وسرعه الاستجابه للطلبات ونظافه وتعقيم على مدار اليوم ووجود قهوه وتمربعد صلاه الجمعه
