موقع ممتاز وقريب جدا من الحرم النبوي. موظفي الاستقبال والمطاعم على مستوى عالي من الخلق وجاهزين لتقديم خدماتهم للنزلاء. الفندق يحتاج الى خدمة صف السيارات لمساعدة النزلاء في صف سياراتهم لان مواقف الفندق جدا محدوده.

حجزت سويت ولما وصلت أخبرني الموظف بأنه غير جاهز ويجتاج لأكثر من ساعة رغم وصولي في الساعة 1 صباحا واضطررت لأخذ غرفة بمقاس أصغر بالكاد تتسع لنا ، وأيضا طلبت غسيل ثوب وشماغ حسبت علي بقيمة 98 ريال وأيضا طلبت زجاجة ماء إضافية رفضوا إعطائي
