اعجبني الفندق منذ الاستقبال رغم انه ليس لدي حجز مسبق. استقبلني المسؤول عن موظفين الاستقبال بالابتسامه وطلب من موظف الاستقبال بعمل حجز لي بسعر ممتاز. بهذا الموقف اخذت انطباع رائع من الوهله الاولى. كان الفندق نظيف وجميل وقريب من الحرم ويوجد مواقف خاصه بالفندق. المزيد

موقع ممتاز وقريب جدا من الحرم النبوي. موظفي الاستقبال والمطاعم على مستوى عالي من الخلق وجاهزين لتقديم خدماتهم للنزلاء. الفندق يحتاج الى خدمة صف السيارات لمساعدة النزلاء في صف سياراتهم لان مواقف الفندق جدا محدوده.
