تجربه رائعه جدا ، ولكن خدمة الغرف لابد ان تتحسن في التعامل مع النزلاء وسرعه تلبيه احتياجهم ،
النظافة جيدة والفندق رائع وجميل والموقع ممتاز بالقرب من الحرم النبوي الشريف . كانت اقامة جيدة في فندق هيلتون المدينة .

اعجبني الفندق منذ الاستقبال رغم انه ليس لدي حجز مسبق. استقبلني المسؤول عن موظفين الاستقبال بالابتسامه وطلب من موظف الاستقبال بعمل حجز لي بسعر ممتاز. بهذا الموقف اخذت انطباع رائع من الوهله الاولى. كان الفندق نظيف وجميل وقريب من الحرم ويوجد مواقف خاصه بالفندق.
