كانت اقامة رائعة خصوصاً عندما قررت القدوم للمدينة ولكن لم يكن لدي موعد لزيارة الروضة والصلاة فيها وعدم قدومي للمدينة من ثلاث سنوات ولكن اكتملت سعادتي انا واسرتي عندما سالت الاخت مروه موظفة الاستقبال وافادة ان المدير بامكانه مساعدتنا في ذلك توجهت للاستاذ عبيدالله عبدالله استقبلنا بكل حفاوه وابتسامة وترحيب في مكتبه ودار حديث شيق بيننا ولديه من الثقافة وخفة الظل مكنوز وافر قام بعمل مواعيد الزيارة ومتابعة اقامتنا بالفندق حقيقة انا سعيد وتشرفت به وبباقي زملائة واهني ادارة الفندق على اختيار طاقم مميز مثل هذه الكوادر الوطنية الناجحة

قريب من الحرم و توفر المصاعد وموقف السيارة و الموظفين مبتسمين لبقين و متعاونين. و سهولة الوصول الى الفندق و طبعا لا ننسى وجود الخدمات بجانب الفندق و ايضا وجود سوبرماركت بن داوود بجانبه. و يوجد مركز تجاري فيه محلات تبيع جميع أنواع التمور

تجربه رائعه جدا ، ولكن خدمة الغرف لابد ان تتحسن في التعامل مع النزلاء وسرعه تلبيه احتياجهم ،

اعجبني الفندق منذ الاستقبال رغم انه ليس لدي حجز مسبق. استقبلني المسؤول عن موظفين الاستقبال بالابتسامه وطلب من موظف الاستقبال بعمل حجز لي بسعر ممتاز. بهذا الموقف اخذت انطباع رائع من الوهله الاولى. كان الفندق نظيف وجميل وقريب من الحرم ويوجد مواقف خاصه بالفندق.
