فندق مرموق وجميل جدا ولكن لم يعجبني تعامل موظفين الاستقبال أرجو أعطائهم كيفية التعامل مع النزلاء لم أرى منهم التعامل الحسن لم يتم التعامل بشكل الصحيح .. تم إفادتي والجواب على سؤالي من قبل موظف من إدارة الموارد البشرية وهو متجه الى جهة المصاعد السيد ابراهيم كان رجل محترم وذو أخلاق وممتاز جدا في التعامل والرد .. قمة في الاحترام وقام بالاعتذار لي على ما واجهته من التعامل السيء من قسم الاستقبال

كانت تجربة رائعة وفريدة وإقامة مميزة ومريحة جداً والفندق قريب من باب الملك فهد والغرف نظيفة والخدمة ممتازة خصوصاً بتعاون الأستاذ عمر الحربي والأستاذ ماجد النفيعي والاخ مازن تجد منهم كل ترحيب ولباقة وتعامل راقي وإن شاء الله نكرر الزيارة والإقامة في وقت قريب .
