الخدمات مميزه الضيافه رائعه
الاستقبال من حارس الأمن محمد ابوالنصر كان بشوشا ومرحبا بنا
وفي المطعم استقبلتنا الاخت رنيم طلال استقبال رائع وقامت بخدمتنا على اكمل وجه وزياده وقامت بمساعدة ابنتي لها جزيل الشكر والتقدير ارجو منكم ابلاغها سلام وتحيات حاكم ولاية برنو في نيجيريا فهو يقدم لها الشكر والتقدير لحسن الاستقبال

جلسنا 3 ليالي من أسوء ما يكون كان معاي طفل الصيانة في الغرف تحت الصفر التلفاز ماخذ التسريحة و طالع منها و الولد كل شوي يخبط راسه في حافة التلفاز .الاباجورة فيها التماس كهرب التلفون مو شغال زوجي شغله طلبنا اكل في الغرفة بحياتي ما شفت مكرونة مطبوخة بكرافس الله يعز النعمة..هذا غير ان واحنا داخلين الفندق ما استقبلونا و زوجي خاصمهم يقول كيف اشيل الشنط لحالي.احلى شي في الفندق هو الموقع بس على ساحة الحرم.
