عدم وجود عوازل وصاله الافطار رائحتها سئه وعدم وجود من يقوم بخدمتك بعد منتصف الليل وتعامل موظفين تنظيف الغرف سئ وهناك فتره موقته لتنظيف الغرف وعدم تنوع الافطار الصباحي وعدم وجود مطعم في الشقق لتلبيه طعالمزيد

أخبرني السكان المحليون بأن اختار فندقا في محيط وسط مدينة كوالالمبور KLCC. عندما قمت بالبحث كان هذا الفندق في خانة أفضل الأسعار للإقامة ليلتين كونه صاحب العرض الأفضل بين فنادق الخمس نجوم في تلك المنطقة.
يقع أمامه محطة لتأجير الدراجات الهوائية يمكنك استئجارها والتنقل بها في محيط قلب مدينة كوالالمبور.
الغرفة كانت واسعة جداً مع صالة (في نظري اعتبرها شقة صغيرة ذات غرفة واحدة) مع مطبخ مجهز بالتجهيزات الأساسية كالفرن والمايكرويف وآلة Nesspresso بالإضافة إلى الثلاجة.
السرير مريح جداً بالإضافة إلى نظافة الحمام أعزكم الله.
لو قدر لي ، لأخترت هذا الفندق مرة أخرى.

الفندق جميل جدا
مناسب ورائع للعائلات شقة غرفتين وصاله ودورتين مياة ومطبخ مجهز كامل
موقع اكثر من رائع قريب من KLCC وقريب من شارع العرب عن طريق الممر المعلق
مسبح جمي في الدور ٢٢ واطلالة جميلة ع البرجين التؤام
موظفين بشوشين وخدمة سريعه
يتوفر بقالة صغيرة اسفل الفندق فيها اغلب الاحتياجات
الفندق أمن جدا الدخول للفندق والصعود للغرف عن طريق كرت ممغنط
يؤخد رقم لوحة كل تاكسي يأخذك او يرجعك للفندق اشوفها شي جميل وامن بعد الله سبحانه وتعالى

لم يكن بمستوى التوقعات، حيث أن نظافة الغرفة رديئة وقائمة الطعام فقيرة جدا ولا يوجد خدمة توصيل طعام للغرف على مدار الساعه. كذلك المياه في دورات المياه غير نقية ولا نظيفة ولا يوجد صابون لغسل اليدين في الحمام

موقع الشقق ممتاز .
شقق واسعه غرفتين وصالة.
الافطار يحتاج زيادة الاصناف للزوار العرب ومكان اوسع لان المكان صغير.
الاستقبال ممتاز.
الخدمات ممتازة وسريعة.
الاسرة مريحة .
بشكل عام انصح العائلة بالسكن في هذه الشقق

وضعت حقائبي امانة في الفندق لمدة ثلاثة ايام سافرت فيها الى بينانق........وعند رجوعي فتحت الحقائب ولم اجد ثلاث ساعات ثمينة
وكذلك محفظة وبها بطاقة جامعية...وبلغنهم ولم اجد تجاوب منهم..علما انني سكنت في الفندق 26 ليلة
