I regret that the set-up for honeymoon was not up to your satisfaction and as well as the smell of the bedclothes you felt was not clean and the smell of cockroaches in the room. This feedback from your side gives us the reason to work on these particular areas for improvement seriously and to ensure to deliver the utmost customer service and satisfaction at all time.
The coffee, coffee creamer and sugar sachets is complimentary (FREE) however, if your are talking about the espresso coffee tube, we have charges which is indicated in our minibar list set-up respectively. This is only an option for guest should they wanted to try our espresso selections of coffee flavors.
