من أفضل الفنادق التي زرتها من حيث النظافة والأمن والأمان حيث أن الغرفة يتم تنظيفها يوميا ويتم تغيير فرشاة الأسنان والصابون والشامبو يوميا وهذا الشي لم يحدث لي من قبل في أي فندق ويوجد الفندق في منطقة مالاتي المليئة بشركات الإستقدام والمطاعم العربية .
