فندق ضعيف جدا والرسبشن والاستف بتاع المطاعم غير مؤهلين
للتعامل مع الجيست المطعم سئ زحمة جدا وأثناء تواجدنا كل يوم يحصل خناقة بين أحد الزوار والعاملين بالمطعم لاأنهم فعلا اسلوبهم وحش ومعندهمش اى احترافية للتعامل مع الجيست وبالاضافة ل عطل التكيف فى الاوضة وحضور بتوع الصيانة لأصلاحه وكان ذلك أثناء تواجدنا فى الغرفةا والأكل سئ

الفندق فخم جدا، الاثاث واسع ومتعدد ومريح في الغرفة ، الخدمة ممتازة وراقية وتعامل محترف مع الضغط والكركبة و النزلاء المتعجرفين،مستوى عالي من النظافة في الغرف وحمامات السباحة و المطعم. الأكل لذيذ جدا ومتنوع وراقي بالذات اللحوم والديك الرومي و السلطات و الحلويات و الكركديه و الايس كريم ،مدير المطعم أ.محمود السيد خدوم و ذوق فوق الوصف،استاف المطعم: أ.حسن،أ.الدسوقي،أ.عبدالحميد،أ.ندى،محمد علي.
منطقة الكيدز ايريا ممتعة جدا للاطفال وشكر خاص ل أ.تاخا.
عروض الانيميشن والفقرات للاطفال لطيفة وممتعة كل يوم.
ادوات الحمام نوعيتها جيدة ومتعددة.
المنظر على اللسان عالبحر رااائع وقت الغروب ، و شكر خاص للمنقذ محمد على اهتمامه و ذوقه معانا ..

بجد من احسن الفنادق اللى روحتها ف حياتى مفيهوش غلطه كل حاجه حلوه ونضيفه من اكل لغرف لحمامات السباحه كل العاملين محترمين وبشوشين ومبيتأخروش عن اى حد كبير وصغير وبيساعدوا كل الناس سواسيه مصريين واجانب الاكل متنوع جدا ونضيف جدا الانيميشن يجننوا الحفلات كل يوم متنوعه مش محتاجين نخرج بره الفندق اصلا بجد كل حاجه ممتازه

انا بصراحه كنت رايحه قلقانه لان اول مره اروحه بس بجد كان تحفه للى بيحب الاستجمام والهدوء الناس بالفندق فرندلى اوووى كانت الغرفه بتاعتى pool view الاكل متنوع اه مش احسن حاجه بس حلو الانيميشن لذيد الاوتيل من ١١ونص حفلاته بتنتهى لانى زى ما قلت بالاول الفندق ده للاستجمام ويبقا حلو جدا للهانى مون الخدمه هناك اكتر من رائعه مش بتعمل حاجه بنفسك الحقيقه باى مكان قاعد فيه حد يجيلك يقولك تامر بحاجه تشرب حاجه حتى وانت قاعد على البسين لو حبيت تغير مكان الشمسيه علشان الشمس هما اللى بيجوا يغيروا مكانها الغرف كانت جميله ونظيفه وكبيرة اوى خدمه الغرف لو احتاجتى حاجه تتعمل باى وقت اما بقا عن جمال مطعم السي فود هناك تحفه وده بحساب وحده طبعا وبالحجز الا لو حاجز ٥ايام ب٤ليالى فلك خيارين اما عشاء بمطعم السي فود او المطعم الايطالى مره فقط وبالحجز وبتكون فرى فندق مميز فعلا و ان شاء الله هاكرر الزياره فيه تانى

الفندق سئ جدا جدا جدا
اول زياره واخر زياره الفندق من اسوء الفنادق اللي زرتها علي عكس فندق كليوباترا الغردقة كان جميل جدا
المطعم سئ جدا رائحة سيئة لا يليق بفندق 5 نجوم الاستف معاملته سيئه جدا وايضا لبسهم متسخ دائما
معاملت الاستف سيئه جدا المطعم دائما مذدحم لا يوجد اماكن لا يوجد تنظيم
البيسين زحمه جداااا الناس مبهدله الدنيا فيه
المشروبات وحشه جدااااا ملهاش اي طعم
مفيش حلويات تقريبا واللي موجود وحش اوووي بصراحه خساره فيه الفلوس المدفوعه
الغرفه كبيره
الحمام واسع
الكاتيل الموجود بايظ
