Regretfully we had to read that we were not able at all to satisfy you whereby we would like to apologize for any inconvenience caused from our side and we would like to clear some information for other travelers:
- Hotel location and beach type are not hided and available everywhere.
- As for the food, it is very subjective and varies wildly from person to other. Our buffet utilizes every ingredient available on the local market to create a diverse and exciting menu meant to cater to all tastes while offering a vast array of choices that are always delicious and served hot. We believe that the buffet caters to everyone but with 700 guests of different nationalities ranging from infants to senior citizens we recognize that some guest might be more difficult to satisfy than others, hence our willingness to cater individually as needed and upon request. However, we apologize for any inconvenience that may have been caused during your stay and we hope to see you in the near future once again here to meet your expectations from all aspects next time.
