الخدمة كانت رائعة جدا وعند حجز المطاعم حجزت لنا بنت عسل اسمها ساندي كانت محترفة جدا وعملت لنا حجوزات المطاعم بكل سلاسة ، اسلوبها راقي .....محترمه ، الفندق بشكل عام رائع ومتكامل ، السرر مريحة جدا وجو الفندق عائلي ، احلى حاجة فيه ان الاكل كله انكلودد

الخدمه ممتازه في مطعم تركواز.. المطعم فيه انواع مختلفه من الاكل في كل وجبات اليوم .. يوجد تنويع في المشروبات ..العاملين جدا لطيفين وكل الطاقم متعاون ويلبي الخدمه .. المطعم نظيف جدا لا يوجد اي روائح غير لطيفه كل الادوات نظيفه .. التجربه العامه بالمطعم جداً لطيفه وبنحب نعيدها دايما .. شكراً ..

اجمل الرحلات التي قضيتها مؤخرا ليس لها مثيل كان ذلك من تاريخ 5.8 حتى 11.8 غرفة رقم 19004 وغرفة رقم 17002 مع انني قد كنت بعدة فنادق فخمة جدا جدا ولكن هذا الفندق متميز لدرجة الخيال بفضل المكان وكذلك الفضل الكبير يعود للعاملين المميزين الكرماء بالمعامله طريقة تعاملهم فيها الكثير الكثير من الاحترام والخدمة فوق ما يمكن ان يتصور العقل والزبون.
وهنا يجب ان اذكر بعض الاسماء من العاملين واعتذر عن السهو للذين لم اذكرهم ومنهم فريق الاستقبال محمد وكذلك فريق الباصات المتنقله في الفندق منهم محمد ابراهيم وابراهيم صافي وكذلك العاملين في تقديم وتحضير الطعام منهم الشيف هنا الرائعه بتعاملها مع الاطفال وكذلك ياسر وعبد الرحمن وفتحي وعماد.... ولا ننسى طبعا الاداريين مستر حسن ومستر احمد جمال الرائعين
