I was very delighted to learn that you found our hotel location, facilities and services worth recommending and that you have enjoyed the Eid holidays with your family at our beautiful hotel.
On the other note, I regret to learn that we were not able to meet your expectation with regards to the free WIFI in guest rooms, and I sincerely apologize for that. Please note that, our internet charges for the rooms are based on the benchmark of our competitor hotels around the city, however we do provide a complimentary internet access in lobby lounge, restaurant and all public areas.
In the meantime, I have personally taken a note of your comments concerning the tissue paper in our guest room, and I have thoroughly discussed it with the housekeeping team to take the necessary corrective action and to avoid recurrence of such a shortfall in the future.
