I have personally taken a note of your comments concerning the TV clarity, and have thoroughly discussed it with the Engineering team, who in turn will be carrying out a corrective action to avoid recurrence of the same shortfalls in the future.
On the other note, I regret to learn about the inconvenience you have experienced at the reception during your stay, and I sincerely apologize for that.
