الفندق جميل والغرف واسعة وجميلة والموظفين ودودين ولكن المسبح صغير جدا ويصلح فقط للأطفال والسرير كانت الفرشات سيئة جدا وسببت لي بألم في الظهر والفطور كان جميل و جيد وجربت الساونا وغرفة البخار كان جيدة جدا

We appreciate you taking out the time and sharing your feedback with regards to your recent experience at Nour Arjaan by Rotana on Trip Advisor.
I’m happy to learn that our spacious guest rooms, nice breakfast served at the Murjan restaurant, bodylines facilities & outstanding services rendered by our friendly team have met with your expectations, thus making your stay with us a lovely one. Your kind remarks has been passed on to all my colleagues, and they are very thankful for your nice gesture.
On the other note, I regret to learn that we were not able to meet your expectation with regards to the size of our swimming pool, and please accept my sincere apologies for that.
Furthermore, with regards to your comments concerning the bed mattress in your room being uncomfortable, kindly accept my sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused. Rest be assured, I have thoroughly discussed it with the housekeeping management team to take the necessary corrective action and to avoid recurrence of such a shortfall in the future.

فندق جميل جداً بمرافقه، تعامل اخلاقي وراقي من الموظفين، كل الشكر والتقدير لجميع العاملين، التصميم الداخلي جميل وانيق ويوحي بالهدوء والاستجمام، نتمنى ان يتم توسعه المسبح قليلاً وان يتم توسيع الصالة الرياضية ايضاً مع فائق الاحترام والتقدير

موقع مناسب بالقرب من لولو هايبر سنتر و الاستقبال ممتاز و الفطور متنوع و خدمة متميزة. الموظفون ودودون و ويتعاملون برقي التخصصية و يلبون جميع الطلبات بسرعة من مأكولات و شراب و غسيل ثياب. الحجرة بها مطبخ و ميكرويف اوفن و تلفاز ينقلب جهة الصالة و حجرة ١٨٠ درجة.

وطاقم متعاون
وغرف واسعة
و انصح بالإقامة به
لم يعجبني :
للأسف اللوبي صغير
والمبنى الخاص بمواقف سيارات النزلاء منفصل بشكل تام عن المبنى
كذلك صغر مساحة المواقف الامامية للفندق والطريق المؤدي لدخول السيارات امام الفنق ضيق جدا خاصة بالنسبة للنزيل
