we are very sorry that your reserved with Hotel Beds and your reservation had been cancelled, and Hotel Beds clients not paying at the Hotel direct , reception offered you our valid rates which are not acceptable from your good selves then we offered you and your family the same prices which are not available anymore we did our best to satisfied you and to host and accommodate you and your respectable family and you was very happy with our action and you told me that you will bring your family next day to our Hotel at the next day then you moved to your family.
