We do declare your room's decoration and bathroom to our management and housekeeping manager and be sure that yet we strive to present all rooms at their best with bathrobes that are quite luxurious and I should announce that we are renewing all our bathrooms now. We shall check your bathroom straight away. On rare occasions it can be a little challenging when guests arrive having booked a hotel's room.

Thank you for your nice comments regarding our staff we will pass your comments onto our staff and mr Mazloomi who will be glad to hear you had nice time here.
