برخورد و رفتار پرسونل بسیار عالی
بوفه بسیار خوب
غذا متوسط
اما از نظر بهداشت توالت فرنگی بسیار کثیف بود
اما تخت ها عالی بود
برای گشت های شهری از پرسونل گردشگری کمک گرفتیم که آقای "زرگر" را به ما معرفی کردند. ایشون سه روز با ما بودند طرز برخورد و مسوولیت پذیری ایشون عالی بود و همراهی ایشون باعث شد که سه روز خوب و مفید را تجربه کنیم.

من با خانواده رفتم اين هتل ،همه چيز خيلى خوب بود،بسيار تميز با كاركنانى مودب، مديريت عالى،امكانات فول، دسترسى عالى،غذاى بسيار با كيفيت، اصلا از هتلهاى ايران همچين انتظارى نداشتيم و از همه مهمتر ماشين هتل كه آقاى حبيبيان رانندش بود فوق العاده بود

فندق شيراز في مدينة مشهد قرب الامام الرضا عليه السلام
شارع رضا ٣
بعد كثر الزيارات لمدينة مشهد بين رحلة علاج و سياحة.
وجدت انسب فندق من الخدمة و النظافه و السعر مقارنه بالبقيه .
يحتوي الفندق على غرف ثنائية و ثلاثيه و رباعية
و كافه الغرف تحتوي على مطبخ مع كافه التجهيزات بالنسبه لي حجزت غرفه و صاله ثلاث اشخاص مع العلم نحن شخصين فقط و مراتب نظيفه و المفروشات ذات رائحة طيبه و الارضيه مفروشه بالسجاد و اغلب الغرف تحتوي على تواليت غربي و شرقي و كانت زيارتي له في فصل الشتاء و كانت التدفئة ممتاز جداً و في فصل الصيفي و التبريد جدا ًرائع و المصعد سريع و يسع ثلاث اشخاص و يوجد مطعم في الطابق السفلي مع صاله و بالامكان طلب الطعام و ايصاله للغرفه الفندق بالاجمال جميل جداً و هادى و العاميلن في الفندق لطيفين و يوجد شخص يتحدث العربيه في الاستعلامات و ذو اسلوب جميل مع النزيل.
الصور المرفقه هناك غرف اجمل بكثير لكن بسبب الازدحام على الفندق لمن اجد غرفه فارغه بسهول و انتظرت لحين خروج نزيل و تصويرها
و الجميل بالامر مستوى الفندق مقارب مع الفنادق ذات المستوى العالي بالخدمه و السعر فرق كبير بين امثالها حيث سعر الاقامه في الفندق شيراز لغرفه و صاله ثلاث اشخاص بمبلغ 180 تومان و غرفه شخصين مع مطبخ بدون صاله بسعر 90 تومان و علما سعر الصرف الدولار الان هو 1180 اما بقيه الفنادق بنفس الخدمه و الترتيب يكون سعر غرفه و صاله ثلاث اشخاص من 250-350 تومان و في بعض الاحيان لا يوجد مطبخ فيها
العيوب
الانترنت بشكل عام في ايران ضعيف و خدمه الوايفاي في الفندق لا تكون على قدر المطلوب و في حاله كان لديك خدمه على شريحة الجوال انصح ان تحجز غرفه على الشارع لان شبكة الجوال تكون ضعيفه او غير موجوده اطلاقاً اذا كانت غرفتك بعيده عند الشارع
انصح به بشده للجميع و الحجز المسبق قبل القدوم

من 5 روز مهمان هتل شیراز بودم دراتاق 718 امیر موسی پور
تبریک میگم به مدیر هتل به علت مدیریت خوب و حرفه ای آن و انتخاب بهترین پرسنل
همه چی عالی و خوب بود و به همه دوستانم توصیه می کنم که هتل بزرگ شیراز را انتخاب کنند
از ابتدا همه چی خوب بود و پذیرشگر آقا در شیفت شب بسیار محترم بود و همینطور همه پذیرشگر ها و لاندری و کافی شاپ و رستوران دریایی و فست فود در طبقه 13 که واقعا چشم انداز عالی داشت و همچنین پرسنل مودب و محترم آن حتی صندوقدار رستوران فست فود از اینکه چند لحظه نشست تا صورت حساب را پرینت بگیرد از من بابت نشستن عذرخواهی کرد در صورتی ساعت 12 شب بود و من می دونم که ایشان خسته بود در پایان شیفت
همه چی عالی
و تشکر ویژه دارم از آقای بهرام اکبری راننده تاکسی هتل که بسیار بسیار حرفه ای و محترمانه منرا در 5 روز کمک و راهنمایی کردند و خیلی زحمت کشیدند و صادقانه راهنمایی کردند و جا داره که از ایشان بابت زحمت تشکر کنم
