We are delighted to hear that you liked the spaciousness of our comfortable suites and that our courteous associates took great care of you. We are pleased to say we recently completed a renovation of our villas and are planning a renovation of our suites in 2020. We regret to hear that you were caught off guard by some of the fees associated with your reservation. We can assure you that we have no intentions of misleading guests, which is why we are exceptionally transparent regarding our mandatory resort fee and parking fee. This information is clearly articulated on our hotel website, all third party booking sites and in your reservation confirmation email. Upon check-in, there is also a signature required to acknowledge payment of any charges to your folio as well as the hotel fee and parking fee. The hotel fee and parking fee information is listed directly above the signature line. Over 100 hotels in the Orlando area, including Disney hotels, currently charge a hotel and/or resort fee, with our fee being one of the lowest based on the size of our hotel. We implemented the fee to help cover the costs of our guests’ most requested services and amenities. Implementing the paid parking system assists us in creating a better, safer parking area as it will limit non-guests from using our private property. The majority of Orlando hotels have parking fees to help create a more secured property. It was a pleasure to host you and we hope to see you again soon!
