It is wonderful to notice that you relished your time spent here at the Red Sea and that you highlighted in particular the service provided to you. With pleasure, we will share your praise with the entire team, as this serves as a great motivation for all of us.
Unfortunately, we remarked that the evening programme did not completely fulfill your expectations. As the hotel approaches a soft animation concept, we are offering well selected (water-) sport activities during the day and live entertainment in the evening. For our little guests, we provide a Kids Club service operating on a daily basis, with an array of in- and outdoor activities.
We would like to apologise if our concept has not been explained to you properly and we will unquestionably train our team on avoiding this kind of miscommunication. In the meantime, we thank you for your understanding in this regard.
