It is great to read that you love returning to our property and your compliments truly flatters us. Unfortunately, we remarked that our team at the reception did not make you feel welcome and we are truly sorry to read that. All our colleagues always try to do their best and usually, their friendliness is highlighted by many of our guests. As we are not entirely sure what exactly you missed or we could have done better in order to achieve your full satisfaction, we would be more than delighted to read from you to be able to continuously improve ourselves and detect possible shortcomings. Still, we would like to apologise in case of any inconvenience experienced.
In addition, we remark your concern in regards to the evening entertainment. Most of our guests who visit Soma Bay are seeking relaxation and tranquillity, therefore it is our intention to provide an entertainment programme that fits the ambience of the resort. We regret if the acts did not meet your individual taste and are certainly open to receiving constructive feedback on what exactly could be improved while still ensuring the calm atmosphere we strive for.
