بحكم عملى استطيع ان اقيم الفندق حسب خبرتى من العمل .. كل شىء فى الفندق فى غاية الروعة و تقديم الخدمة لجميع النزلاء دون تمييز .. الاجراءات الخاصة بالكرونا فى جميع انحاء الفندق على اعلى مستوى .. من الصعب وصف مدى احترافية طاقم العمل بالفندق فى جميع الاقسام .. اجراءات التسكين سريعة فى قسم الاستقبال .. البلمان فى غاية اليقظة و السرعة .. خدمة الغرف صباحا و مساء يلبون خدماتكم بسرعة جدا والغرف نظيفة جدا و جميع مرافق الفندق نظيفة على مدار 24 ساعة .. طاقم العمل فى المطعم و حمامات السباحة و البحر ممتازين جدا .. الشيف شريف و فريق الشيفات لا يتوانوا ان يكونوا وسط النزلاء لاستطلاع رايهم ... الطعام متنوع جدا و المزاق رائع سواء الاكل او الحلويات و السلطات .. العصائر المقدمة منها الطازج فى الصباح و منها المعلبات وليست بودرة .. مجموعة العمل فى الاكوا بارك بشوشة للغاية و متعاونة جدا ... الترفيه فى الفندق جميل جدا وخاصا فى الليل عروض متنوعة و ممتعة .. ماهو جدير بالذكر و الشكر هو وجود لفتة انسانية جميلة من خلال عمل بعض الافراد من قصار القامة فى خدمة تقديم المشروبات فهى مبادرة اكثر من رائعة للمساواة فى الانسانية .. شكر لادارة فندق شيراتون سوما باى
