المكان جميل جدا والبحر نضيف جدا والعاملين في منتهي الاحترام بجد والاكل منتوع واصناف كتير وفريق الانيميشن كويسين جدا البرنامج اليومي متميز ومش محتاج تتطلع برا هما موفرين كل حاجه ممكن تحتاجها وانصح بزيارة هذا المكان

قمت بزيارة المكان لأول مرة مع العائلة ولفت نظرى التزام جميع العاملين بألاجراءات الاحترازية حتى عمال الحدائق رغم أن عملهم فى مكان مفتوح ولا يوجد تعامل مع النزلاء.
الشاطئ رائع رملى والمياه نقية . العاملين ممتازين تعامل وتعاون راقى ...سرعة فى ازالة اى معوقات بدءا من ذ/ محمود فى الإستقبال ..شيفات واستاف المطعم منهم ذ/ امير وكذلك مدير الأغذية والمشروبات ذ/ حسن وشيف المطعم العربى شيف شعبان ...حمامات السباحة نظيفة ويتم تحليلها ٣ مرات يوميا وقد رأيت ذلك بنفسى ..الانميشن تيم جميل .. الغرف واسعة ونظيفة وعامل الغرف حسن انسان متعاون ومحترم مثل باقى جميع العاملين.. المكان هادئ وجميل ويوجد اهتمام بالمساحات الخضراء والطعام جيد .
بصراحة العاملين محترمين ومتعاونين هم مثال للحفاظ على اسم هذا المكان والحفاظ على اسم السياحة..تحياتى لهم.
سأكررهها وانصح بزيارة المكان.

من افضل فنادق سوما باي والغردقه قضيت انا وعائلتي احلي اجازه وده بفضل القائمين ع الفندق مستر اشرف يحيي المدير العام والذي قابلنا بكل ترحاب و استاذ حسام مدير البارات و الاستاذ خيري واستاذ بيومي مديري الاستقبال وبنشكرهم ع اهتمامهم وتعبهم و الاستجابة لكل طلباتنا بكل موده ولو اجد اي شيء سلبي في الفندق وان شاء الله سوف نكرر الزياره قريبا
