First of all, may I take this opportunity to thank you for having chosen to stay with us at “Angsana Balaclava Mauritius” and for taking the time to share your experience.

On an opening note, I am very pleased to learn that you found the services rendered to you by our team to be to your expectations and furthermore, I am most grateful for your kind words regarding our staff, which is much appreciated.

On a different note, I regret that you felt our prices to be “a bit expensive”; still, I can assure you that our pricing is in-line with any other 5-star internationally recognised Resort on the island.

In addition hereto, I am sorry if our location was not entirely to your satisfaction, however I feel it fair to mention that the Resort is easily accessible to Grand-Baie, which is only 15 minutes away and Port-Louis, which is about 15- 20 minutes away, where you could find restaurants and supermarkets.
