الفندق عالي الجوده لكن مستى النظافه في متدني جداً بحيث عند ما يتم تنظيف الغرفه لا يراعون النظافه كاملاً شكراً لكم علو الاستضافه و يعطيكم العافيه على حسن الضيافه و شكراً لكم نتمنى ان نزوركم مراه اخرا في مور يو شوس

كانت زيارتنا الاولى لموريشيوس بمناسبة زواجي وقررت اقامة شهر العسل انا وزوجتي في angsana blaclava
كانت اقامة رائعة و ضيافة رائعه و اقامة استثنائية
كان غرفة مع مسبح خاص ومدخل الى الشاطئ و منظر غروب الشمس خورافي من هناك

On an opening note, allow me to express to you my gratitude for having taken the time & the trouble of sharing with us, your valued feedback following your recent stay at “Angsana Balaclava Mauritius”, during which time, you stayed with us from August 4-10, 2019, in one of our “Beachfront Pool Suites” (No. 103). Having, in the meantime, carefully reviewed all of the points, that you have raised and having investigated them, I would like to respond hereto, as follows.

Having taken careful note of your overall discontent in respect of your recent experience, whilst staying at our Resort, allow me to convey to you with total sincerity, my utmost apologies, as, clearly, you did not find your stay with us to be to your expectations, for which I am terribly sorry.

With regards to your statement, wherein you alleged, that our Resort has a “very bad Spa management”, not only do I fail to agree herewith, but, in all honesty, I feel your comment to be unfair. What actually transpired being, further to my investigation, that you had booked a “Couple Treatment” for Friday, August 9, 2019, for your spouse and your goodself and on this occasion, you, specifically, requested to have 2 female Spa Therapists to carry-out the said treatment. As a result thereof, as the said booking was made prior to Friday, August 9, 2019, our Spa management had in fact, as per your specific request, scheduled for 2 female Therapists, being Yolene & Ombika, to conduct the said Spa treatment for your spouse and your goodself simultaneously. Most unfortunately, on the day itself, being Friday, August 9, 2019, Ombika, the 2nd female Spa Therapist, was taken ill and as a result thereof, as we did not have any other additional female Spa Therapist free, in the circumstance, we offered you to have a male Therapist carry-out your Spa treatment, which, would have, naturally, taken place in a separate Spa treatment room, than that of your spouse. At that point in time, you clearly indicated to our Spa Receptionist, that you would then rather cancel the Spa treatment. Taking into consideration, that you were leaving the next day being August 10, 2019, in the early morning, we were, regrettably therefore, not able to reschedule the said “Couple Spa Treatment”.

As to your complaint referring to the water in the Jacuzzi in your Suite (No. 103) being cold, allow me to please elaborate thereupon, for the purpose of total clarity. The water in the private pool of your Suite is temperature controlled at 30 degrees Celsius. As to the Jacuzzi, which is separate to the said private pool, so as to avoid any possible misunderstanding, these Jacuzzis are equipped with a designated “push button” conveniently located by the side of the Jacuzzi, which simply needs to be pushed-in and after having done so, within a period of maximum 30 minutes, the said temperature of the Jacuzzi will then match the temperature of the pool itself. Having said this, I am truly sorry, if, possibly, you were not made aware of the need to make use of this “push button”, in order to obtain the desired temperature in your Jacuzzi.

In response to your complaint regarding the curtain being broken in your Suite (No. 103), it would only be fair to mention, that prior to your arrival on August 4, 2019, your Suite was in fact carefully inspected by our Housekeeping Supervisor, Anu, at which point in time, all was in order, as should be the case, including the said curtain rail. In fact, it is only the same evening, that it was reported, that there was a problem with the curtain in your Suite and as soon as we were alerted thereof, our evening Housekeeping Supervisor, Tooree, promptly went to check the curtain in your Suite and found, that the rail itself was fine, but, that the curtain hook had come loose. As a result thereof, Tooree immediately fixed the hook and in fact, the next morning, one of our Engineering team members went to double-check that the said curtain rail & hooks were fixed up to standard, for your convenience. Nevertheless, I do wish to offer you my apologies, for any inconvenience experienced, resulting from the hook having come loose on the evening of August 4, 2019.

In closing, once again, I am very sorry, that you did not find your stay at our Resort to be to your expectations. However, I would like to, nevertheless, thank you for having shared with us your valued feedback, which can only serve us better in providing an excellent service to our guests in the future.

العاملين في المنتجع طيبين و ودودين،بالنسبة للغرفة الإضاءة فيها ضعيفة و لا يوجد مفتاح يقوم بقفل و فتح جميع الإضاءة سوياً و إنما كلاً على حدة و المسبح الخاص كان بارد جداً، بالنسبة للفطور نفس الأصناف مكررة كل يوم لم أرى أي تغيير و يوجد حشرات صغيرة تطير فوق الأكل يقال أنها موسمية، الشاطئ الرؤية فيه غير واضحة و معزول عن الشواطئ الأخرى حيث يوجد غابة مجاورة للمنتجع لا يمكن السباحة من جهتها منطقة الشاطئ صغيرة جداً و يوجد بعض الفعاليات المجانية جولة بالقارب ذو الأرضية الزجاجية لرؤية البحر و التجديف و السيكل البحري كلن مكسور في فترة وجودي بينما ذهبت بالقارب شمال الساحل و كان الشاطئ نظيف جداً و الرؤية واضحة باستطاعتك رؤية قاع البحر بكل وضوح و المنتجعات من تلك الجهة شواطئها نظيفة جداً مقارنة ب انغسانا ، لا انوي الزيارة مرة أخرى له و لا أنصح فيه بينما هناك منتجات أفضل من حيث الشواطئ و الفعاليات

Firstly, I wish to take this opportunity to thank you, for having taken both the time & the trouble of sharing with us your most valued feedback, pursuant to your most recent stay at “Angsana Balaclava Mauritius”, whereby, you reserved a “Deluxe Pool Suite” (No. 219) from July 16-19, 2019.

On a positive note, needless to say, that I was very happy to learn, that you found our staff to “good and friendly”, which is greatly appreciated, especially, taking into consideration the well-known friendliness and warm hospitality of the Mauritian people.

Having said this, to be totally honest, I was very surprised to take note of your comment in respect of the fact, that you found the lighting in your Suite 219, to be “weak”, as to-date, based on the feedback received from the majority of our in-house guests, our most esteemed guests have found the said lighting to be perfectly adequate and comfortable, bearing in mind, that there are different lights within the said Suite, that they are installed with a “dimmer”, which is precisely there, so that guests can vary the lighting subject to their wishes.

As to the discontent, that you voiced ref the private pool in your Suite, being cold, it would only be fair to mention, that none of the private pools within our “Deluxe Pool Suites” are heated and nowhere, have we advertised them as being heated. Furthermore, it is worth highlighting, that Mauritius enjoys a “sub-tropical” climate and as such, this time of the year, is considered as being winter here in Mauritius, during which time, the average temperature during the day time is between 22-24 degrees Celsius. Nevertheless, I am very sorry, if you have suffered any inconvenience as a result of the aforementioned.

With regards to your dissatisfaction pertaining to the breakfast being offered in our main restaurant “Oryza”, please accept my sincere apologies, if you did not find our Culinary offerings to be to your liking nor to your satisfaction. As to our breakfast buffet, I feel it only appropriate to mention, that, contrary to your statement, in reality, it consists of a hot, live & cold sections; fresh & homemade pastries; as well as breads and a variety of fruits & cereals. Additionally, we also offer an “A la Carte” menu, whereby, we are delighted to make available a wide variety of breakfast items, for the benefit of our most discerning guests. Furthermore, it should be equally noted, that we are more than happy to take “advanced” orders for breakfast, incorporating any specific dish that our esteemed guests would like to avail themselves of. Nevertheless, your comments have, in the meantime, been shared with both our Executive Chef, as well as with our F&B Manager, with a view for them to take appropriate steps to further improve our Culinary offerings at breakfast. On a different note, regrettably, at this particular time of the year, it is always possible, that due to the changing climate, one may come across some small insects, even though, we work closely with an external Contractor, which is a specialised “Pest Control Company”, so as to make every possible effort to eradicate their presence thereof.

As to your comments referring to our beach, I am very sorry, that you did not find our beach to be entirely to your satisfaction, although, I must bring to your attention, that our beach is one of the most private beaches to be found in Mauritius, offering seclusion and intimacy, as is particularly appreciated by the vast majority of our guests. Furthermore, it is noteworthy, that our beach offers pristine sand and we have recently installed 6 luxury “daybeds”, precisely, for the benefit & comfort of our guests. Additionally, we have a dedicated team of beach attendants, who are there to focus on delivering the highest standards of service expected and in addition hereto, our gardeners always see to it, that our beach is raked and kept clean at all times, also, based on the valued feedback received to-date from our guests, our beach offers uninterrupted views of the turquoise waters of the Indian Ocean.

With regards to your comments regarding our watersports activities, I am afraid, that I fail to agree herewith, as we have a specialised external Watersports Operator, which is highly regarded here on the island of Mauritius and offering our guests a wide variety of activities, including sailing; windsurfing; snorkelling; water skiing and the enjoyment of a glass bottom boat.

Once again, thank you for your constructive feedback, pursuant to your stay with us, which is treasured and will, undeniably, inspire us to strive to achieve greater heights of excellence in our service, as well as assist us in our continued endeavours to achieve optimal guest satisfaction.

المكان هادئ وجميل خدمة الغرف سريعة والجو العام للمنتجع جميل، المطاعم خدمتها سريعة وممتازة ولكن خيارات الأكل قليلة. المسابح نظيفة والشاطئ هادئ لكن صغير وقليل الفعاليات، عن نفسي راح ازورهم مرة اخرى فقط للراحة الموجودة في المكان وليس للفعاليات

We are delighted to learn that you found our Resort, as well as the services provided to you by our team to be to your expectations, which is greatly appreciated.

On a different note, I truly regret, if you found that our Culinary options to be “few”. Nevertheless, I feel it only opportune to mention, that our “Table d’hôte” menu, which changes daily, has 4 choices for starts, as well as 4 choices for the main course and 3 choices for dessert. Moreover, for more options at extra costs, we also have an “A la Carte” menu, the new Pan-Asian restaurant, “Jadis”, as well as our Indian Corner or alternatively, our in-suite dining menu.

As to your comment regarding our beach, I am indeed sorry, that it was not totally to your expectations, however, whilst our beach is small, it is one of the most private beaches on the island, offering total privacy. Furthermore, we do have free water sports activities at our Boat House, table-tennis, snooker which are available and if you would have preferred to carry-out activities outside of the Hotel and to explore the island, our Concierge team would have been more than happy to assist you herewith.
