So sorry Kolohe for your experience here. We certainly do strive to do better for our guests. We've sent the maintenance crew into your cabin to address those issues. As you noted, this is a pet friendly room. Unfortunately, guests are very resistant to paying for damage and we mostly have to absorb those charges - refinishing the walls and replacing the furniture are the victims of those traveling with pets who are less well behaved than yours. As you can see by other reviews - we are receiving a bad review for those who are not honest enough to claim their pet up on check-in. It is a bit of a quandary for motel operators. We do hope that you'll come back and give us another try - We can, and DO better for many, many guests and would love the chance to try again with you.
