We are pleased to hear that you were once again satisfied with most aspects of our hotel, in particular with our location and the excellent food. It is great to learn that you especially enjoyed the Mexican and the Chinese themed dinners! Our chefs aim to pamper our guests with delicious national and international delicacies every day. Also, I was very happy to read that our renovated pool area and pool bar was to your liking! Isn’t it nice to enjoy exquisite drinks after dinner while chilling out under the starry canarian night sky?

However, I am very sorry to hear that you weren’t entirely happy with the reservation of sun beds. Please note that sun beds may not be reserved before 9am and that we do proceed to remove all towels from those unoccupied loungers. We will have a closer look into this matter to make sure that the rules are adhered. Moreover, as explained on site, not all rooms have tea and coffee making facilities, as it depends on the room category. I wish to apologise for any inconveniences caused in this regard and rest assured that we will take your opinion seriously to improve upon.
