Thanks for mentioning our central location, in a few steps from the Port of Saint Martin, it allows you to discover the island by walk or bicycle. Our mansion is dedicated to pure well-being and relaxation while retaining the soul of the old houses typical of the island.

I am delighted to know that you appreciated the cuisine of our Chef.
We take good care of choosing and cooking local and seasonal products. Our new Chef, Thierry Michelet, former from Taillevent and from the George V, will be delighted to introduce you to his cuisine from March 19th. We try to serve products from the Region, especially regarding sea food, and we are delighted to know that you enjoyed them.
