Stay away from Rafaella! Terrible service and attitude! The woman is nasty! She has a hospitality degree (which she'll gladly brag to you about) and absolutely no common sense. The response she gives to constructive criticism in reviews is typical of her "better than you" attitude! So sad as Riccardo and Franko work so hard to try to put out a decent product!

Did you become a member of Trip advisor just to badmouth Raffaella? I noticed that we are your only review EVER! You have stooped to a new low. I am sorry that you have such hatred toward her. It seems to me that it should be the other way around. Within the 20 years that we have been in business we have had very few employees not show up for their shift without an explanation. Most of the time, I came to find out, that it was due to personal problems (drug addictions, alcoholism etc.) that you might find in this business. But you have certainly surprised me. I would never have expected such behavior from a 25 year veteran in the hospitality industry. People never cease to amaze me. I hope you stop with this unfounded banter. It not only upsets my family but it can also potentially harm our way of life and since you feel sad for my father and I because we try to put out a "decent" product I hope that you grow up and give us a real explanation to why you decided to not show up for your Saturday dinner shift. I will be waiting for an explanation worthy of your age.
