طاقم العمل سيء جدا و غير محترم و غرفة النوم الشرشف متسخ و يتدخلون في ما لا يعنيهم و طريقتهم بالتعامل سيئة جدا خاصة شفت الليل و عندما جائني زوار صعدو الغرفه و بطريقه غير لائقة تكلموا مع الزوار و طردوهم من الفندق حتى اذا كان الوقت متاخر و ممنوع غصبن عليهم يتكلمون باحترام

We work hard to deliver an exceptional guest experience, and it’s apparent in this case, we fell short. Rest assured that this is not what we stand for nor the experience that we want to share with our guest when staying with us.
As we take every guest feedback with passionate seriousness, I will personally follow up and investigate with the concerned department the issues you have raise for further improvement.

لابأس به مع ان الاثاث قديم لكن موقعه في الكوت مول يشفع له .. ولايوجد شطاف في الحمام ولا فرشاه مستواه متوسط .. لوبي صغير ويعتبر مدخل لمجمع تجاري .. وعجزت وانا اكتب التعليق ياليت يكون اقل من 200 حرف وبس

المكان ممتاز لاشتماله على سوق داخلي
الغرفه جيده جدا تفاجانا بعدم وجود هوز للشطاف اجلكم الله لكن طلبنا من الريسيبشن وارسلوا لنا شخص ركب لنا
طلبت العشاء من الروم سيرفس لم يكن بالمستوى المطلوب
البوفيه للافطار يحتاج بعض التعديلات والتطوير

الازعاج و التصليح للأدوار العلوية كانت في اوقات النوم
كانت تجربتي غير ايجابية والافضل عدم استقبال العملاء و النزلاء في وقت الاصلاحات
اتمنى ان تفهم ادارة الفندق أن النزول في الفندق أهم أولوياته الراحة قبل كل شي

In lieu of the on going hotel renovations, the maintenance works is a temporary. During this time, our main priority is to be able to offer a very well-maintained and comfortable atmosphere to all our guests as much as we can.

اسعار الاكل مبالغ فيها نوعا ما وريحة الصبغ بالغرف بالادوار الي فوق ونوعا ما اللوبي صغير شوي والفطور متنوع وجميل جدا واسعار المني بار غاليه البييسي ب 1.250 وكذلك المشروبات الاخري والثلاجة مو باردة ويعطيكم العافيه
