التكييف مزعج ولا يمكن التحكم به
مكان جميل اود اعادة التجربة بعد اعادة فتح حمام السباحه حيث كان مغلق للصيانه للاسف

- فندق راقي له موقع مميز خاصة بعيد عن أجواء مدينة الكويت والمناطق الداخلية تشعر وكأنك مسافر عند الإقامة فيه
ـ الفندق نظيف تلاحظ فيه الأجواء المناسبة ويراعي الشروط والإجراءات والإحترازات الصحية الخاصة بفايروس كورونا
ـ الإستقبال وإجراءات الدخول ممتازة وسريعة فقط تسلم رقم الحجز تستلم كروت الغرفة ويتم عرض عليك عضوية الفندق مجانية
- مرونة في التعامل وترحيب من قبل موظفين الإستقبال يتم عرض عليك غرف أفخم حسب رغبتك بالدفع ولم يتم أخذ مبلغ تأمين
ـ الفندق يحتوي على لوبي جميل راقي جداً صغير نسبياً لكنه مميز بالألوان الذهبية والفضية فيه كافيه ومطعم يقدم أطباق عديدة
ـ الفندق فيه مساج وصالون إلا أن خيبة الأمل بأن المسبح كان تحت فترة الصيانة لم تسنح لنا فرصة الإستمتاع بالسباحة
- الإفطار جيد ومميز في الطابق الأرضي في مطعم وهج يتم عن طريق عرض القائمة والطلب ولم يكون بوفيه مفتوح تأخذ منه
- مواقف السيارات لم تكن على المستوى المناسب يتم تسليمك كرت للمواقف مجاني وعليك بركن سيارتك بمواقف المجمع التجاري
ـ الغرف التي تم حجزها سويت عبارة عن غرفة نوم وصالة وحمام ممتازة فيها عدد 2 شاشة تلفاز كبيرة وجلسة وطاولة طعام
ـ الحمام جيد لابأس فيه من حيث الحجم وهو نظيف ومعقم لكن لا يحتوي على بانيو ويشمل كافة إحتياجاتك الأساسية
ـ الفندق يقع مقابل البحر وفيه مجمع تجاري الكوت مول مجمع رائع وجميل يستحق الزيارة تنزل من اللوبي تدخل الفندق مباشرة
ـ خدمة الغرف ممتاز والتنظيف على المستوى المطلوب حيث يتم توفير كافة الإحتياجات والمتطلبات التي تحتاجها
ـ إجراءات الخروج وإنزال الحقائب والأغراض سهلة ومرنه وسريعة إلا أن الأمر يستوجب جلب سيارتك من مواقف المجمع
ـ بشكل عام تجربة كانت جميلة وموفقة ومميزة وإن شاء الله سيتم تكرارها في وقت قادم فهذا الفندق راقي جميل يستحق التجربة

فطور رائع وخدمه الروم سيرفس سريعه جداً والنظافه جيدة أما المرحاض في الحمام مرتفع والعاااازل ضعييييف جداً !! أستطيع سماع الغرفه المجاورة بكل وضوووح مع الأسف !! ولكن كل شيء ممتاز في الفندق خاصةً طعام الإفطار لذييييذ جداً جداً ألذ من إفطار فنادق مشهوووورة في الكويت ! أفضل طعام إفطار فندق على الإطلاق

الفندق حلو ومرتب حيل انصح السكن فيه لنظافته وفخامته وموقعه داخل المول
حبيت اهتمامهم بالتعقيم كانو حاطين على كل شي معقم استكرز
ومتوفر بالغرفه الاوتي ( المكواه )
الريوق كان متنوع وحلو
كنت ساكنة في جناح غرفتين وصاله واطلالته شرحه
