الفندق جيد بشكل عام
هناك نقص في الموظفين وعجز واضح عن خدمة الضيوف بشكل مناسب .
بطئ في جميع الخدمات بشكل عام لكن الفندق جميل وهادئ وموقعه رائع داخل المول والطعام جيد جدا والمسبح ممتع في السطح لكن بعض الخدمات تحتاج الى تطوير بعض الشيئ

واود ان اشكرطاقم الاستقبال وخصوصا الاستاذ(عبده ) مدير الاستقبال على سرعة وتسهيل اجرءات الدخول
المطعم ممتاز وشكر خاص للاستاذ (هشام ) والاستاذ (أيمن) على حسن المعامله
وطاقم الكوفي شوب ايضا ممتاز جدا وخصوصا الاستاذ (عبدالقادر)

كانت اجازه رائعه في أجواء الفندق و مريحه و هادئه ، و توفرت كل سبل الراحه في هذي الرحله بالفندق و ملحقاته ، الافطار كان متنوع و يرضي الجميع ، و الجلوس في لوبي الفندق كانت راقيه في اجواء حميميه ، و الموظفييييييييييين يرفع لهم القبعه في التعامل و الرقيه
