الحقيقة فنادق روتانا مجموعة فنادق مميزة وانا شخصيا في اكثر من مرة اختار فنادق روتانا اثنا سفري خارج االعراق والاشخاص في المجموعة يعملون بشكل احترافي الاشكال الوحيد هو ارتفاع الاسعار حيث توجد فنادق اخرى بنفس الكفاء باقل سعر

بعد خروجك من الفندق حتما ستخبر اصدقائك عن الفندق او عن الاوقات الرائعة او الطعام اللذيذ او عن الابتسامة التي تراها في وجه كل العاملين ومااجمل الصباح عندما تستيقض على ضوء الشمس الذي يطل على نافذتك والخدمة اللطيفة

كان إختيار هذا الفندق موفق ونتقدم بالشكر الى إدارة الفندق وجميع الموظفين الذين يؤدون عملهم بكل حرفيه ومهنيه ولكن يوجد لدي ملاحظه بسيطه والتي ليس لها تأثير بمستوى الخدمه وهي إنقطاع الكهرباء فجأه ثم عودتها مره أخرى أتمنى من الإداره الموقره معالجة ذلك شكراً لكم على حسن الإقامه وحسن الضيافه والى مزيد من التقدم والنجاح .وتقبلو خالص تحياتي,,
