روتانا حقا كما عهدناها سواء في الفنادق التي تملكها أو في الفنادق التي تديرها وقد جربت الأقامة لثلاث مرات في فنادقها في بغداد و كربلاء واربيل وفي الثلاثة فنادق المختلفة كانت الخدمات على مستوى مشابه وعالٍ لدرجة اردت ان اجيب على سؤال موظفة الرسبشن - كيف وجدت الخدمة - بممتاز لكني قيمتها بجيد جدا لكي تتشجع الأدارة على تطوير نفسها وتطوير خدماتها أكثر فأكثر، أي سبب تقديري لروتانا بجيد جدا كان تحفيز لإدارة روتانا كي تستمر في التطور، إلى مزيد من النجاح.. تحياتي
