We are all blushing! Thank you for being so kind and generous with the team, it's so wonderful to look after guests who understand and embrace the culture we adopt on the island. The "JAM Family" are a happy bunch of people in general and truly want to do the best for their guests to enjoy the simple holistic pleasures of the island.... this is the reality of what true luxury would be for most people in the word today. JA Manafaru is an immersive experience and we are truly delighted you found what was important to you.
Yes, it is true we are far away from Male' however, this is precisely the reason our wonderful owning family bought this particular property. It was located in one of the most untouched atolls of Maldives, the Maldives of 30 years ago before the sad reality of pollution reached our shores. It was also to support the small amount of community islands that are located in the atoll as we are the primary employer in the area. Giving back is a wonderful thing and we are very glad to work with and assist these communities.
We are always sad to see our guests leaving ... it's never long enough and we hope to be of service anytime you need to breathe.

On a positive note we are working with the new airport located in closer proximity to JA Manafaru which will cut the speedboat transfer by 3/4 .... should be available in the coming months, so easier for all.

It's always wonderful to know the island and team made a difference to your vacation and you found the calmness of the island just what you were looking for. As you identified you can be as busy or as relaxed as you want at JA Manafaru, we encourage our guests to find what works for them and as bicycles are the mode of transport it allows the brain to detox as you get "lost" on the island with all of our winding pathways.
