الفندق جميل جدا .. النظافه والترتيب ممتازه ..سهل التنقل فيه بين المرافق .. بالنسبه الى البوفيه متكامل ومتوفر فيه اصناف كثيره وجميله .. جميع الانشطه الخاصه بالاطفال وداخل وخارج الفندق ممتعه ومتنوعه .. الستاف رائع ومتعاون ويلبي جميع احتياجات العملاء .. ذات مره احتجنا الى شخص ان يرشدنا سياحيا فكانت باستقبالنا الاستاذه بسمه وساعدتنا بصدر رحب وكانت لطيفه جدا وخاصه مع الاطفال.. بالنسبه الى البارك جميل جدا وموقعه ممتاز من الفندق والعابه متنوعه ولكن لاحظت ان هناك عده العاب مغلقه .. بشكل عام المنتجع لم يجعلنا بحاجه الى الخروج من المنتجع فالمنتجع متوفره فيه جميع احتياجاتنا من مطاعم وتسوق وترفيه .. انصح بالزباره اليه لجميع الاعمار وخاصة الاطفال ..

Thank you for taking the time to write this kind review. We are glad to see that you have enjoyed our compound facility with its hotel, theme park and shopping avenue.
We would also like to inform you that our Aqua Land is now closed since we are in winter season and our Adventure Land is open year round, however, as you mentioned, some rides and attractions are not operating now due to weather conditions and maintenance, which are always shared with the travel agencies we work with in advance. But it is great to hear that you enjoyed the theme park as well.
We are happy to hear our culinary delights and kids games were up to standards.
Thank you for your nice compliments to our team members, especially Ms. Basma. They work very hard every day to make sure our guests feel well attended to at all times and definitely are an asset to our hotel.
