سييييء لانه كان تعامل العمال سيء جدااا وغير كذا غير محترمييين وغير كذا انهم ما عوضوني باي شي وانسرقت من سيارتي ٢٠٠ ريال ولا حتى قالو اي شي وغير كذا اتكلم معه يرد علي ويصرخ بوجهي ابدا هذا مو تعامل فندق دولي..

من الأشياء المزعجة وجود الموسيقى في كل مكان حتى في المطعم!!!!!!
من يرغب في الموسيقى لن يأتي إليكم ويقول ضعوا لنا الموسيقى بعكس الذين لايرغبون الموسيقى فأنتم ضايقتوه في وضع الموسيقى في كل مكان
وجود الكحول داخل الغرف وهذا أمر محرم ومن كبائر الذنوب فإذا كنتم مصرين على ذلك فلا تضعوها في الغرف وإنما اجعلوها تحت الطلب

جميل ومتالق والعاملون وخاصه في الألعاب المائية
ملاحظه وقت الخروج دخلنا متأخرين استلمنا الغرفه بعد الساعه الثالثه والنصف والأخت زين قالت الخروج الساعه الثانيه وحين ماوصلنا الي الأخ باقر قال لنا انتم متخرون مع العلم اني أتيت اليه في الواحده والنصف

الموقع إستراتيجي والخدمة متميزة من دخول الفندق وسرعة الإستقبال وحفاوة اللقاء ومن مبيت وفعاليات خلال نهاية الأسبوع كانت جداً رائعة مسابح ، ألعاب أطفال ، ملعب صابوني ، حفلات ، ألعاب مائية بالإضافة إلى الإفطار في البوفيه المفتوح كان متنوع وجميل إلى وقت الخروج من الفندق الذي أتمنى أن أعود إليه قريباً.
